What's your New Year's resolution? If you're looking to take up running or aiming for a new PB and you share our determination to save more lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer, then we've got a challenge for you.

You can take part in Challenge 2020 wherever you like, whenever you like and at your own pace. All abilities are welcome, whether you're a keen runner or a complete beginner. You can even set your own time limit and aim to complete the challenge in a day, a week, a month or by 30 April 2020.

It's free to sign up, we just ask you to pledge to raise a minimum of £150 to help save lives.

Take on the challenge for the 16,000 people who lose their lives to bowel cancer, the 42,000 who are diagnosed every year and the 268,000 living in the UK today who have been diagnosed with bowel cancer.

Run, jog or walk. It's completely up to you. However you choose to complete the challenge, you'll be making every kilometre count for everyone affected by bowel cancer.
